2) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There're two specific scenario for this bug :

1. If you save the game then reset the game your last saved data won't be present, instead you'll see the last "working" save data.
2. If you immediately try to load the game after you save an affected session, the game will hang on loading screen forvever

Expected output would be the game load the last saved data normally

Note that I'm not talking about save state here but ingame save.

3) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on an
earlier version of dolphin? Please specify the exact revision when the
problem began.
Not as far as I know, I've tried the last official Dolphin 3.0 and 3.0-183, both exhibit the same problem.

4) What steps will reproduce the problem?
This is the tricky part, as far as I know, the bug appear randomly and there is just no sure way to reproduce this.

Case in point, I encountered this bug after 3 months of in-game play with revision 3.0-183 and only in 25 days of game time with revision 3.0.

Other poeple report varying timeframe on varying revision until they encounter the bug.

But generally :

1. Play the game normally
2. Save the game normally
3. The last saved data got corrupted, strangely you can still load the game, just not the latest save you made.

5) What version of dolphin are you using (32bit/64bit along with the
version as it appears in the title bar, etc)?
On what operating system, drivers, and hardware? Be sure to list OS,
graphics driver information, and video card model if you are having
graphics problems, for example.
Dolphin 3.0 and 3.0-183 both 64 bit on Windows 7 SP1 x64

6) Please provide any additional information below.
If you do save state on this bug-affected session any ingame save you made will be corrupted and won't be saved to disk, if you try to load the game it will be hang on loading animation forever.
