Enhancement request: Support 3D monitors

Description
In dolphin-emu's continuing mission to out-Wii the Wii, it supports 1080p, and red-blue 3D. Next, it should support full-colour 3D monitors.
I'm sure this will take a while and require a developer with the necessary hardware. I'm creating a ticket so anyone interested can follow progress from developers and test builds when they come out.
(Please don't add comments saying things like "me too!" or "when is it coming?", just star the issue to show your support. If there are enough stars, maybe LG, Samsung and company will fund development so that we are all convinced to go out and buy their monitors. Well, we can dream.)
