Description

  1. All games. Fresh install of 3.0-291

  2. Fullscreen on 1080P

  3. Earlier versions worked before Dolphin-emu 3.0.

4) What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Use Fullscreen, default: 1920x1080, 3x Native Internal. All combinations of other settings yield the same result.
  2. The game is rendered at 3x Native however, the display is scaled to 800x600 (or whatever the default resolutions is) and shown at the top left of the screen.
  1. Dolphin-emu 3.0r291
Ubuntu Linux 11.10 64-bit. 3.2GHz processor, Geforce GTX 560 Ti. Monitor has native resolution of 1080p. This setup has worked before but I no longer remember what version of Dolphin-emu was installed.

Try changing your fullscreen resolution to something less than 1920x1080

I have tried all resolutions under 1920x1080. The resolution changes in the top left corner. It is just not going to fullscreen and it resolves to default when I get to 1920x1080. It worked fine on earlier versions. I have tried changing scaling in my nvidia settings as well with no luck.

Default for me is 640x480 :\

If it worked for you fine on earlier versions, try to narrow done where it stopped working.

I cannot get it to work with older versions. I have not been able to get it to work with this new video card. Nvidia Xserver settings attached.

Also, the video card change went from DVI to HDMI. Maybe this is a problem with the EDID of the TV. Has anyone else come across this problem?

Don't attach such big pictures here, use an external host and link to those instead :/

  • Relates to usability set to Yes

Is the problem still present when enabling the "Render to Main Window" option?

Full screen is working on version 3.0-776 for me. I have not tested in some time, so I do not know when this was fixed.
