2) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Game crashes at the initial or the second load screen if "Cheats" is enabled. It's it's off, the game is perfectly stable.
3) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on an
earlier version of dolphin? Please specify the exact revision when the
problem began.

4) What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Enable cheats
- Launch game and observe how the load screen fps shoots to 1500+ (on my system at least). This is with frame limiter set to "auto", which works fine for every other game with cheats enabled. Even if I set it to "60", the fps on that screen will reach over 700. It's a bit more stable but does crash soon thereafter. Weird.
- Title will then crash emu or hang a few seconds into this first load screen. Rarely, it'll get past it but crash on the next one. I also got a "CompiledBlock! Shouldn't be here!" error a few times.
5) What version of dolphin are you using (32bit/64bit along with the
version as it appears in the title bar, etc)?
On what operating system, drivers, and hardware? Be sure to list OS,
graphics driver information, and video card model if you are having
graphics problems, for example.
All versions x64. Win 7 x64, nividia 460gt
