game never worked, tried it on multiple 3.0-409, r7635, others.

currently using 3.0-409. X86-64 type
leopard macbook pro, processsor 2.53 ghz, intel core 2 duo, memo 4gb ddr3, nvidia geforce 9400m.

Try to use a newer development version of dolphin, 424 seems to stable:

This must be Mac OS specific issue, on Windows 7 x64 with 3.0-587 there is no such problem.

Yes, it works for me in ubuntu 12.04 using build from glennric PPA.
