What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. select EFB Copy -> Disable
  2. start any game
  3. dolphin instantly closes/crashes or stucks with 1 fps

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

in 1997 this feature is still working.
occured in all wii games i tryed.
(x64 system -> so running with dsp windows open, else dolphin always
crashes (as known))
