Description

I broke this out from issue 5320 for sanity reasons.

The DX11 backend flickers like crazy at the main menus and the loading menus. Maybe other places as well.

I tested and this is as far back as 3.0 and it is still present in 578.

The flickering is present if you are using EFB Copies to Texture or are using EFB Copies to RAM with the Texture Cache enabled at any setting. If you just use EFB Copies to RAM with no cache there is no flickering. If you disable EFB Copies the areas that flickered before are solid black.

It doesn't flicker at all here, i can't replicate it. Enable vsync and use the latest nvidia drivers. Btw SLI is not supported by dolphin.

Thanks for the SLI info. I changed the driver profile to single-gpu and the flickering went away. Shame about SLI, I usually get a couple FPS extra with AFR2 forced.

Looks like this can be killed now.
