All the PAL Wii and GC games I have here play at 50FPS as expected. Also, this is not the Dolphin forums, try to only post here with solid evidence of a bug.

Mario Kart Wii [RMCP01] renders at 60 FPS when the EuRGB60 (PAL60) setting is enabled (or 30 FPS in case of a split-screen display with 3+ players, as well as a 2-player split-screen display if it's over Wi-Fi). Without it, it's 25 or 50 FPS.

It might have been said somewhere before, but isn't it safe to assume that not all games support PAL60?

(This setting can be found under the "Wii" tab of the main Dolphin Configuration window, by the way)
