whenever you go to full-screen in dolphin and switch out you about 20 present of the time you freeze.
Tested on:
OS: windows 7 (64-bit)
CPU: intet i5-2500k
16gb ram
GPU: AMD 7770 GHz edition Diamond also 6870.

also tried it on my laptop version 3.0.830
Same result.
also i the latest version if you put dolphin on a SSD it doesn't read any inputs IE. Xbox 360 controller.
