Use plain 3.5 for now. Someone decided to break the OpenGL plugin entirely for OS X right after 3.5 was released. http://dolphin-emu.org/download/

We are not the Dolphin Browser group.

Their website is http://www.dolphin.com/

I tried finding somewhere to report bugs, but their support is a terrible FAQ of sorts.
