Unhandled Exception when extracting .dol/.img from compressed (gcz) ISO

Description
What went wrong?
Well, the Summary says it all, basically. When trying to extract the main DOL or the apploader from a Wii ISO (i haven't tested for GC games) that has been compressed with the built-in compression, Dolphin throws an unhandled exception at the user.
What version of Dolphin were you using?
I tried various revisions from 3.0 to the latest 3.5 revision, they all do it.
64 or 32 bit Dolphin?
64 bit.
What Operating System were you using and what are your hardware
specifications?
Win7 64 bit, intel CPU

We don't care about issues in Dolphin 3.5.
Test the latest "development version" http://dolphin-emu.org/download/ and state if the issue is present.

I stated that I did use the latest revision of 3.5 as of time of writing. It was 3.5-649, or revision 85eab1d26219. The problem persists from 3.0 up until now.

This appears to have been fixed at some point, works fine for me.
