Yes found this commit http://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/source/detail?r=51290fd48221eed8a6a6a113c494045c1c0c4f56 which fixed the same issue i was having on my wii games.

Audio crackles after about 1-1.5h game play using LLE with Open AL backend

What did you expect to happen?
No crackling

Play the game for an extended period.

3.5-1085

Unsure, I just started using dolphin about 3 weeks ago

Windows 7 Pro x64
i5 750 @ 4GHz Stable
8GB DDR3
2x GTX 460 (not in SLI mode)

Saving the game, exiting the emulation and restarting it always fixes this issue. The issue seems to come up with small random crackles, then eventually gets to almost all static/crackling when emulation drops below 100% for a split second that seems to trigger the bad crackling after you are 1+ hours in. If the emulation drops below 100% speed before you are 1 hour in, no crackling starts/occurs.
