Using OpenAL slows down games a lot

What went wrong?

Using OpenAL with "Audio" framelimit slows down all game a lot to about 10-15 fps, when using other sound backend on same hardware provides fullspeed, also OpenAl with "Auto" framelimit provides fullspeed.
Happens on both HLE and LLE

I can replicate this too, maybe something to do with timestretching that opelal only provides compared to the others. That's a wild guess since that is it's major difference compared to the rest. The slowdown is about 15% for all platforms and no matter the rest of the settings(dsp on thread , lle or hle, etc.).

OpenAL dont work for me.. and others systems are bad..just can not say precisely when provided..

Me too, openal doesnt work for me in metroid prime, dolphin 3.5-1410 x64, windows 7 x64, the sound of the metroid game has noise
