Dolphin will only open once and not open again after it is closed

Description
I have downloaded the newest version of Dolphin. I am able to run it once and when I close it and try to reopen it, it will load for a few seconds but nothing will come up.

Jayreed, when you created the issue, did you see all of that template text? The stuff that asked what version of Dolphin you used? All those small important details that we might use to determine the problem ??
I don't understand why people just delete that text and give us useless info instead.

well it was asking about a specific game and it wasn't for that. It's the emulator in general.

Put n/a then. The version of dolphin you were using and what operating system you were running it on was VERY important. We need to recreate bugs, we can't do that when we have to guess what you are running it on.

well than just ask, I must not have seen it. I am trying to run version 3.5 and windows 7 64bit

The text also stated not to report bugs for version 3.5 and instead to try the latest version from the download site. These are the development builds with all the fixes since 3.5 stable.
