I was playing Wind Waker and i couldnt save the game normally, so i had to quicksave. Other games works without any problems, if i download a new version of dolphin and when im tell the emulator where the memory cards are located it asks me if i want to copy the old cards to the new folder, i choose no, and then it wont load the savegames.

-Don't ever rely on savestates. They're highly problematic, they aren't portable between builds, and they retain settings you may want or need to change, e.g. DSP emulation settings.
-If your memory card is corrupt, you're supposed to wipe it, duh. Export any working saves if necessary, then re-import them once it's wiped.
-Using LLE with "LLE on Thread"/"DSP on Dedicated Thread" unchecked will fix the issue you're having, but you can't take a savestate made under HLE and load it under LLE. Thus, your savefile is fucked.

The memory card is working, just not on Wind Waker.

Tools > Memcard Manager, export all your other saves, wipe the card by booting a game, then re-import the saves. Direct any further support requests to the forums. https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/
