Since Directx 9 backend is deprecated and some people still have legacy graphics cards without directx 11 support e.g.: Radeon HD 4850 and Geforce GTX 285, this backend would be useful for replace Directx 9 backend and boost accuracy and performance on this systems.

Our dx11 backend is dx10 compatible, you just must have dx11 installed.

We should probably make it more clear in the setting dialog that the dx11 backend is backwards compatible with dx10 GPUs.
