What went wrong?
Bobbing/Jittering when Real/Virtual XFB is enabled, but only in the PAL version, the NTSC version works fine.
All backends are affected (but Virtual XFB on opengl is even worse with major corruption)

What did you expect to happen instead?
Perfect graphics.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
[Don't assume we have played the game and know its level names. Be as
detailed as possible.]

1. Enabled Virtual or Real XFB
2. Run EUR version of Wind Waker, watch info
3. (Optional) Stop and run US version for comparison.

Dolphin 3.5 and Dolphin 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs. Have you tested with the latest version from
http://dolphin-emu.org/download ?

Current master - 1fb373f4395d

Which version of Dolphin used to work?
It's working on an old build of 3.5 that I have lying around so this is probably a regression. I'll do a bisect later if needed.

What are your PC specifications (example: Operating System, CPU and GPU)?
I tested both linux and windows, Core @ Duo @ 3.1666ghz, Nvidia GTX 260
