Game Name?
New Play Control! Pikmin

Game ID?
R9IE01

What went wrong?
When I finished the day two and the countdown reached 0, the game froze on a black screen. It still said 60fps and 100% speed, but nothing was happening. I retried three or four times, but there was no change.

What did you expect to happen instead?
The game should go to the cutscene of captain olimar and the pikmin lifting off, and then the day recap should appear and allow the player to save progress.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
[Don't assume we have played the game and know its level names. Be as
detailed as possible.]
1.Play the game through day two

Dolphin 3.5 and Dolphin 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs. Have you tested with the latest version from
http://dolphin-emu.org/download ?
Yes

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
I tested on 4.0 and 3.5.

Which version of Dolphin used to work?
3.5 worked through day three, but the same thing happened at the end of day four.

What are your PC specifications (example: Operating System, CPU and GPU)?
Windows 7 (through bootcamp), 2ghz intel i7 cpu, 256mb AMD Radeon HD 6490M graphics card. The game itself plays smoothly, so I don't think there is an issue with my hardware.

64 or 32 bit Operating System?
64 bit

64 or 32 bit Dolphin?
64 bit

It needs lle audio according to reports, i enforced it for gc, perhaps i should enforce it for wii as well...

First of all, that was ridiculously fast, thank you for your quick response. I have tried loading a save state just before the crash and switching to lle, and that didn't work. I will try playing through the whole level with lle enabled and tell you how that goes.

That appears to have worked. I'll have to see if I can get past day four this time.

SAVESTATES. Don't do that. That only makes HLE audio even worse.

Someone else posted this "issue" once, and I checked it out. I played 5 days in HLE without any problems. Even though it could be HLE, cause the Zelda Ucode HLE is known for stuff like that, I'm pretty sure this is savestates.
