Have you compiled this version yourself or from the buildbot?

And it is maybe also recommended to install SP2 of Windows Vista (through Windows Update) as this is the newest Service Pack and can maybe bring some extra fixes/functions for Vista. If you have difficulties with this you can Always mail me so I can help you. But it's not very likely that this could fix your problems with Dolphin, but if it doesn't hurt, why not trying it? :)

I am running Service Pack 2 of Windows Vista on an x86 machine and still encounter this issue. I am running the builds from the buildbot.

I am not sure why the reporter copied the exact text from my issue and created a new one instead of replying to my issue with their specs.
