4.0-481 ISO read broken with Korean language ISO

Description
-Game Name
ALL Korean Language Wii Titles
-What went wrong?
Korean language Games in list, Not recognize properly.
also ISO titles broken either.
even i've Purge the cache.
i think 4.0-3xx versions working fine.
NA, JP, EU ISO in lists just fine,
similar KOR Text broken ploblem is in past 2.x SVN builds
but in those days, Reading ISO List works fine only broken Texts

some code changes side 4.0.3xx~4xx

after 338 code merged(356), thats the problem.
i dunno what key status(masterkey or KORoriginalkey or removedkey)is most commonly(using ISO on dolphin),
but it seems need to work with any one.

This is potentially fixed in revision 486793735578. Could you test since I can't fully do so. The korean disc image I have isn't afflicted with the issue.

similar, but Korean Texts all Gone happen again.
4.0-6417 is fine
4.0-6440 is showing empty texts

it seems Japanese text also Wiped out on this pull.
maybe we need more test contributor from asia region.
some of issues like Zelda:TP GC fix codes for NTSC-J,
Wii Resort Plus : Motion Plus NTSC-KR Message issues..
almost many fixed and tested on US/EU region codes,
but other regions like JP/KR's Project volunteers are so few..
especially Testers. even simply code implante couldn't not progress on cause no testers.. T_T)
