What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
In Dreadnought Galaxy, if you hit the topman enemies into walls, including the boss, they will spin infinitely (and are passable) unless a bigger topman hits them. In the case of the boss, the stage is not completable if you miss ONCE.
What did you expect to happen instead?
The game to work for once. There are tons of odd issues like this in Super Mario Galaxy
What steps will reproduce the problem?
[Don't assume we have ever played the game and know any level names. Be as
specific as possible.]
- Use a cheat or something to get 120 stars if you don't have a save
- Start game, go up to the very top area of the spaceship
- Select dreadnought galaxy
- Skip the first boring enemies with a triple jump and shake into the boost star thing.
- When the first enemy charges you, swing the wiimote at him and knock him into one of the cylinders. He will get stuck unless his buddy hits him.
Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the latest Dolphin version first. Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?

I searched all over the internet for footage of this stage on console, and from the speedruns and LPs, this glitch does not occur. For example of the results, here's a picture of me standing inside a topman.

Everything I tested in issue 7153 was checked out for this. Do note I noticed and got screenshots of the glitch in the speedrun version of the star.
