Description
What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
I can't connect my Wiimote to Dolphin. It just blinks the four lights on and off without connecting.
What did you expect to happen instead?
To be able to play games with my Wiimote.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Either;
- Bluetooth > Add New Device
- Press 1+2 on Wiimote
- Click on Nintendo RVL-CNT-01
- Pair without code
- Open Dolphin
- Click Wiimote button
- Set Wiimote 1 to Real Wiimote
- Click Refresh
- Dolphin freezes temporarily, nothing else happens.
OR - Repeat steps 1-7
- Open Wii game
- Press 1+2 on real Wiimote
- Nothing happens.
OR - Open Dolphin
- Click Wiimote
- Set Wiimote 1 to Real Wiimote
- Press 1+2 on real Wiimote
- Click Refresh
- Dolphin freezes temporarily, nothing else happens.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
4.0-1487
Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
I'm fairly sure it used to work on a slightly more regular basis on 4.0-1257
What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)
CPU: Intel i7-3770 @ 3.4GHz
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 32GB (4x8GB) @ 1333MHz
OS: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit
GPU: Geoforce GTX 680 2GB VRAM
Bluetooth: Broadcom BCM20702 4.0
Are you using the 32 or the 64 bit version of Dolphin?
64-bit
Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)

I can not be sure if this is or isn't a legitimate problem with the emulator or not; that's why I posted it as an issue, especially since it seemed to work better on older versions. You shouldn't be invalidating posts simply because you don't think they're legitimate problems, or because you don't think they're in the right place; you try to fix them.

This is an issue tracker, you go to the forum first for assistance. If they can't help you or you can find a revision that ACTUALLY exists (note, there's no 4.0-1257 on the site) then maybe, just maybe this would be valid.
But even then I agree with MaJoR because, really, you didn't provide any relevant information for actually debugging it if it is a Dolphin bug.
