Description

Game Name?
Super Mario Sunshine

Game ID?
GMSJ01

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
when scaled efb copy, and force texture filtering is on goo wipes itself away leaving many missions pointless or uncompleted and when turned off there's no point playing on dolphin as the haze effect (which is everywhere) is extremely pixelated and the good is all blocky. when AA is enabled goo is invisible/ slides across the land. i've changed many settings and none have effected it.

What did you expect to happen instead?
the goo to work while these amazing features of dolphin were enabled to keep hd a thing :)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.use options on as stated
2.go in the first level of serina beach (or any other with good but this one is incomplete able with the bug)
3.it speaks for itself

Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
4.0 up untill r1152

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
haven't tried but i dont think so.

What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)
windows 8.1, i7 4770k, evga 660ti sc 3gb,16 gigs of ram

Are you using the 32 or the 64 bit version of Dolphin?
64 bit

Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)
Goo/Oil Behaves Oddly

"EFB to Texture is disabled in the GameINI, requiring you to play it in EFB to RAM. If this is changed, goo/oil may behave oddly and be impossible to spray away. The goo/oil may slide across surfaces and erase itself if "Force Texture Filtering" is enabled. If already disabled, turning off "Scaled EFB Copy" can also resolve this." quote from hte wiki and changing it to ram or efb to real it doesnt change anything.
