What happens if you disable "Enable Speaker Data"?

And please provide proper and thorough system specs.

Nothing changes if I disable "Enable Speaker Data". My specs are Windows 7 x64, an i5 Intel Cpu and an Nvidia GTX 660.

This is still marked as questionable. What can I do to confirm this? One user had the same issue on the wiki: "Controller stops working upon launching the game from the game menu. Graphics load otherwise." xh42 tested this with 3.0.

Can you try it with "emulated" wiimotes and configuring that a bit. See if it still disconnects. And if it does, can you hit Alt F5 twice?

I attempted to play through the tutorial and ran into some weird Wiimote issues, but not this one.

I'm willing to consider this either fixed or invalid. The game does some kind of ES_Launch disconnecting the Wiimote before gameplay, but that's easily reconnected. This is fixed by the automatic Wiimote reconnection stuff.
