F|res looked into this at my request seeing it effects about 12 of my
games. He was able to track it to a broken PE. That would be graphics
related.

Games still does not load (but at least it does not says that is because a lowID seek)
now it only shows a black screen and no signs of any kind of living xD (no sound no
frames etc)
Tested in ALL versions of the emulator from r2811 x32 x64 to r3972 x32 x64 (and even
up to the svn r411)

Fixed in r4778 (actually fixed in even earilier rev, but never mind).
I can verify this because I have finished the game.
