Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. enable the dual core mode

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It just looks like the 1 core mode need 60fps tu run full speed, but if
dual core mode is enable its looks at 30-60fps too fast.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using Windows XP x64 and the R83 (others are the same as i looked)

Please provide any additional information below.
Hope this wasn't reported, didn't see a topic like this

Could there be a fps limit function?

There is no fps limit function. Read the quotes:

New Features

* Interprets Action Replay codes
* Buggy framerate limiter, deactivated
* Full Xbox 360 Controller support, with rumble

Actually the feature list is now wrong, Throttle = True in the ini file works okay-ish.

What games do you perceive to run too fast?

Does this problem still occur with the latest SVN?(242+)

It still does with r242, seems like wind waker has a 2D speed of 45fps, and a 3D
speed of 30fps.
But the throttle won't go down to 30fps and ever stay at 45fps.

It's getting obvious with latest speed improvments :p

Same problem here, but only using x64 builds. 32-bit builds work fine.
