Description

Game Name?
Any games

Game ID?

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
I got a x360 wired usb gamepad to play gamecuve games on dolphin. Rumble had always worked like charm but today I noticed that rumble is gone, either in game or in test rumble in dolphin setting.

What did you expect to happen instead?
Rumble working

Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
4.0.2.r4665.9829268

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
Yes rumble was working nice before as i upgrade often the dev version i can"t tell precisely wich version rumble stop working.

What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)

Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)

SDL: Apply updates immediately rather than going through UpdateOutput

We're going to remove UpdateOutput as it's redundant, and horribly
complicates the code.
