Emulator Issues #8040
closedAdd nunchuck support to hybrid input mode

Description
Game Name?
Any Wii game that uses a Nunchuck. I used Donkey Kong Country Returns.
What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
I'm trying to use a Wiimote with an attached Nunchuck, but I don't have an IR bar. As result, I want to use hybrid mode so that I can use my mouse in place of the pointer. However, in hybrid mode with my Wiimote attached, I can't get any input from the Nunchuck. The same Wiimote and Nunchuck pair works perfectly in normal mode.

- Issue type changed from Bug to Feature request
- Category set to controls
- Relates to usability set to Yes
This is working as designed but we can treat this as an enhancement request - to be able to use a Wiimote, extension (e.g. nunchuck) and an emulated IR pointer (mouse controlled with no physical sensor bar).

Are you sure this doesn't work? I remember being able to use real Wiimote + Nunchuk and emulated IR through Hybrid Wiimote by clearing all bindings (except for IR pointer) and changing Extension to None...
