Description

Game Name?
Prince of Persia : The Sands of Time

Game ID?
GPTE41

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
Prince of Persia seems to run at half speed ingame when the start screen shows up in all xfb modes in opengl compared to master.

What did you expect to happen instead?
Run in proper speed when ingame.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
[Don't assume we have ever played the game and know any level names. Be as
specific as possible.]

  1. Boot prince of persia in opengl and wait until all the intro videos finish.
  2. Watch the low framerate and sound crackling, master works fine in xfb mode.
  3. It doesn't seem to be a performance issue...

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
Master with real xfb and opengl works fine.

What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)
Windows 7 x64, 2500k and 560 ti.

OK, this issue seems to be setting related, after i changed some settings and restarted dolphin i can't reproduce it. Probably a setting messed things up need to find what that was.

Hmm, can't reproduce it any more, all i had to do was restart dolphin and everything seems to work fine now.... Changing settings has no effect either.

Had logging enabled, perhaps that was the issue all along that caused it?

Yep, probably logging related, closing this for now unless i will ever be able to reproduce this with logging disabled. Sorry PhireN to bother you with this.
