fullscreen problem but only in directx (opengl works fine):
5580 "auto adjust window size" enabled:
start: windowed->fullScreen->windowed->fullscreen (fine) -> windowed (bug)
5580 with "auto adjust window size" disabled:
windowed->fullscreen(fine)->windowed(bug)
bug = only window content on top left of screen without window frame
testing:
5118+5154 no bug

5159 = D3D: Fix Dolphin immediately exiting exlusive fullscreen
I have win7sp1 q6600 radeon hd3650, tested only with zelda tp and ww for GC.
