64bit Dolphin compiled from source

OS - Slackware 14.1 x86_64

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.

Dolphin window title bar shows with brackets; Dolphin []

Also the Help > About, the Branch & Revision is empty, I'm assuming something should be listed in these?

What did you expect to happen instead?

I assumed from screen shots I've seen online that the version is to be shown in the window title bar like this instead; Dolphin 4.0.2, and the Branch and Revision show versions?

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Just open and run dolphin, it always appears the same everytime.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?

4.0.2

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?

I have not tested any other version of Dolphin.

Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)
