Pausing causes Toolbar to move

Description
Nothing major, but it's a bit distracting.
If you have the toolbar on, whenever you pause/unpause, it causes the toolbar to increase/decrease size, pushing the game visuals down. It also pushes the other toolbar buttons.

As far as I can tell this is caused by the game rendering area never redrawing in paused state, so the toolbar draws itself after the game area stops rendering and apparently overlaps it a bit. Either move the game area down a few pixels or keep redrawing the last image while paused. (probably the first one)

I'm not seeing this on 5.0, suspect it was fixed a while back.
Can anyone confirm or know under what circumstances this happens?

Do you still have the GIF? It doesn't appear to have made it in the transition to Redmine.
