Description

In 4.0-6192, the background in the Mii Channel (HACA01, according to the game list) is there regardless of the fast depth setting, as it should be. But in 4.0-6204, after the depth changes, the background never appears, whether fast depth is on or off.

To reproduce, simply load the Mii Channel, and see the lack of a background.
