Description

With the latest builds of Dolphin, there are no default hotkey bindings. In effect, hitting the "Default" button has the exact same effect as just hitting "Clear". Previously, Dolphin came loaded with some rather good bindings, but they don't seem to be set up or working anymore.

I've tried this with both my standard build and with a portable build. Default hotkeys just aren't "a thing" at the moment.
