What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
when running a game in full screen on d3d, it refuses to leave fullscreen when you toggle fullscreen, and crashes when you stop emulation in fullscreen

What did you expect to happen instead?
it should leave fullscreen and properly stop emulation when one wants to stop.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
[Don't assume we have ever played the game and know any level names. Be as
specific as possible.]
1.select direct3d backend
2.run game in fullscreen
3.leave fullscreen or stop in fullscreen

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
