What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
I checked option "Continous Scanning" for WiiMotes. Then to be sure I pressed Refresh - "rainbow wheel" started spinning amd that's it. CMD+Q, red "X" closing not working, only hard way. I cannot untick this option also
What did you expect to happen instead?
Be able to turn on/off Continuous scanning for wiimotes and not having Dolphin freeze when refreshing.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Go to Controller and tick "Continous scanning"
- Close controller options
- Go to controller options
- Hit refresh and see "rainbow wheel"
- Won't be able to close dolphin normally so close it "hard way"
- Reopen Dolphin and try to untick "Continous scanning" in controller option
- See "rainbow wheel" and goto 5
Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
4.0-7371 to 4.0-7392
Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
Not sure.
What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)
OSX Yosemite 10.10.4 | MSI Z77A-G45 | i5 3570k@4.5GHz | 4x4GB Crucial Sport 1600MHz CL9 |Gigabyte GTX660 2GB | 256GB Crucial MX100 | FiiO E10K | Bluetooth Asus USB-BT400
It's HaMac, but I don't think that's because this. I use two original WiiMotes RVL-CNT-01 with Motion Plus addon
Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)

Continuous Scanning not working on OS X is a known bug. There doesn't seem to be an issue report about it though. I'm not sure this is a good issue for that or not...
As for your immediate problem, there isn't exactly a good solution, but there are two ways to fix this. The global user configuration on OS X is contained in /Users/[yourname]/Library/Application Support/Dolphin/Config/.
*Open Dolphin.ini, and change "WiimoteContinuousScanning = True" to false.
*You can just delete Dolphin.ini to revert to default configuration. You'll need to reset paths and things, but your saves will be save and the continuous scanning will be off.

- Status changed from New to Fixed
- Fixed in set to 5.0-151
5.0-151 makes Dolphin not block when pressing Scan or enabling/disabling continuous scanning.
