What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
HLE audio is broken; When you take out your sword or slash in the game on , the audio for the sword swings are not there.

LLE audio works like it weeks ago, it's when using default HLE when the audio is muted

What steps will reproduce the problem?
using your sword in any way has muted audio in HLE
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

I tested with version 4.0-8421 and it worked in HLE audio.

I'm going to investigate this myself as the current issue does not make sense to me.

After thoroughly testing this, there is nothing that appears out of the ordinary.
