What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

A window pops up and says:

"An error occurred.

Ignore and continue?"

with Yes and No options. Selecting Yes brings up the same message 1 frame later and No crashes the emulator.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Select the fairy wings costume (second last) in Project M CC and any character with any costume in another player's slot. Pick any stage and start.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

Worked: 4.0.2

Broken: 4.0-8888, 4.0-8983
