What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

This is an intermittent issue where on the Nvidia Shield TV, the interface will sometimes change from the Android TV interface to the Phone/Tablet touchscreen interface. Has happened 3 times to me so far.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Unfortunately, i can't get it to reliably reproduce with exactly the same steps every time. If i find some concrete steps, i will update.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

This has happened on 4.0-8723, 8820, 8863 and 8870

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)

Problem is fixed by manually editing the config file Dolphin.ini. I can't remember the exact line, but I think that its the Screen Controls option.
