What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
Upon starting the game in netplay, the game freezes after only a few frames of fading in to the safety wrist strap screen. Does not occur when starting it offline.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Start a netplay game and try to play Kirby's Return to Dreamland.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)
Intel Core i3-4160 @ 3.60 GHz, Geforce GTX 750 Ti, 8 GB of RAM, Windows 7.

Wiimote Netplay is currently disabled and is not supported.
A complete rewrite of the system will be done at a later date.
(I'll make a master issue for this later.)
