dolphin 4.0-9267

i try this in reg file
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Dolphin Emulator]
"LocalUserConfig"="1"

i try put a portable.txt not work again

the user folder are on my dolphin location but the gc and wii folder for saved still appear on c:my document he dont create user nothing just gc/wii folder in my document.
who the retarded on you team decide to saved on c bunch of retarded most of the games need special setting so i always use 1 dolphin installation for 1 games but now its the areal mess the retarded who decided that in the team is a fucking moron!!

Change the paths in the GameCube tab and Paths tab of Dolphin's configuration.

Next time, please don't use such insulting words in issue reports.
