Description
Game Name?
[Billy Hatcher and The Giant Egg]
Game ID? (right click the game in the game list, properties, info tab)
[GEZE8P]
MD5 Hash? (right click the game in the game list, properties, info tab, MD5 Hash: Compute)
[bc8af5c06a3bff09351f7cb16724ffce] think that's what you're asking for..
What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
[The game has objects disappearing at the edges with the Widescreen Hack enabled in the Enchancement Menu. Things like the fruits you can feed yer eggs, generally all moving things on a stage, don't render near edges. This is especially noticeable in 2 player battle mode. FYI, I load up the game from a clean ISO ripped by myself with CleanRip on a Wii. Everything else runs near flawlessly besides that. Is there a way to increase the game's render field? Mario Power Tennis and Star Fox Assault (specifically 2 player splitscreen) also has this same issue, which I'll open a other reports for soon.]
What steps will reproduce the problem?
[Reproduction steps here]
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?
[4.0-9292]
What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)
[]
Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)
[Anything else here]

- Status changed from New to Won't fix
That's typical of the widescreen hack. While we do eventually want to make a better variant that's more compatible, a lot of games handle things differently and this problem would affect a lot of games.
Pretty much every game will have the same issue you're having if they implement proper culling. Dolphin's widescreen hack does not even attempt to correct it.
I highly recommend posting a request here: https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-unofficial-widescreen-development-topic-archive?pid=408811#pid408811 for a code that will do proper widescreen for you for the time being.
Cheers!

Oh, oops. Thanks for the detailed response and suggestion. Sorry to bug with a non-bug report. I'll be sure to not report about that kind of thing here.
