What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
Sonic Adventure DX is plagued by framerate issues. Most of the time, it runs at 10 FPS. In some areas of the game, it runs at 4 FPS. (The train station in Station Square is one example)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Load up SADX on your device and use the configuration settings I provided below. That's all I really have to say in terms of reproducing the issue.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?
I tested this on development build 4.0-9401, a build from yesterday.
What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)
I tested this game on a Galaxy S6 running Android 5.1.1.
Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)
Here is one image showing the low framerate.

- Status changed from New to Questionable
Android Dolphin is plagued with weak CPUs and bad video drivers that can't take advantage of various GL ES things it needs to not be slow as hell.
The S6 runs a Mali GPU which is particularly bad in that regard, never mind the CPU throttling due to thermals.
Android Dolphin isn't exactly in a state that's recommended for general usage. Maybe when drivers properly support ES 3.2, buffer_storage, and have CPUs that don't throttle when you sneeze at them.

- Status changed from Questionable to Invalid
- Relates to performance changed from No to Yes
We generally don't accept performance issues as bug reports, expect in special circumstances such as clear unexplained regressions. This especially applies to Android devices, for the reasons Helios mentioned. We can't do magic with bad hardware and drivers.

Battle for Bikini Bottom runs perfectly though. I was able to beat the game with very few issues.

And?
Just because one game runs fine doesn't mean every game runs fine.
Try playing any of the Metroid games. Or ZTP, Or Last Story, or Rogue Squadron. etc etc etc
