What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Window overlaps the title bar

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Run any game in windowed mode. Note: I use the CLI version, not the GUI
The issue alternates between runs. First time it will be offset, second time it will be normal, third time it will be offset etc.....

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

That sounds like a WM / driver issue more than a Dolphin issue. I don't see how we could be rendering on top of window decorations otherwise.

It is possible that it is a driver issue as I recently updated to the latest beta drivers with wayland support. I will try downgrading them later.

A point of interest, I have a build of the Triforce emulator that was slightly modified to build on the latest GCC. It does not have this issue as well as all other emulators in windowed mode (PCSX2, mednafen, yabause, mupen64plus, etc....)

I will update when I know more.
