Description

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

I am using a Gamesir Gs3 Gamepad with rumble support, and every button seems to work for it but the b, x, and y button, which is strange because it is using the xbox360 controller drivers, and everything functions properly when I test it in windows and steam. its an xinput controller

What steps will reproduce the problem?

try to set up the device in dolphin

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?
version 9422

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

windows 10 x64
nvida 906m 4gb
intel i7 4720 hq

sorry if this isn't where I am suppose to place a bug like this, but it seems to work fine for steam, but not for dolphin.

here is a screenshot of whats going on, it shows all of my buttons when I try to configure but 'x' 'y' and 'b'. when I test it in windows by opening it it shows up as a 360 controller, and all the buttons work, just not in dolphin.the third picture shows that the other buttons work. (I had to manually write button b, x , and y in the button setup by right clicking the button I wanted to change, they still wont work in dolphin though.

I wonder if it's using a different xinput versions than we're expecting or something? The buttons just aren't detected at all on there.

Thats potentially the issue, it works with other emulators like desmume, epsxe, etc. When I open it up in devices and printers, it shows up as a stock xbox 360 controller (it doesnt have its own drivers, because its meant to work with ios systems and android systems). When I open its properties up in windows all the buttons show up and work, the only thing that it doesn't work with is dolphin. If it cant be fixed that's okay, but it would be cool to use because it has analog l and r buttons, and rumble support (both that work great when configured in dolphin). In the meantime ill just use my trusty Longitech f310.

is it possible that its using xinput 1.4 instead of 1.3?

This is still an issue with the latest nightly. I've got a matricom gamepad, but it's the same kind of device (generic android gamepad that mimics the 360 pad on PC) with the same symptoms.
