"System Language" and "Aspet Radio" settings in "Options/Configure.../Wii" don't get saved anymore

Game Name?
Every game
Game ID? (right click the game in the game list, properties, info tab)
MD5 Hash? (right click the game in the game list, properties, info tab, MD5 Hash: Compute)
What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
System language in Options/Configure.../Wii (and also Aspect Ratio) cannot be changed anymore (setting doesn't get saved after exiting the menu)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Start Dolphin, go to "Options/Configure.../Wii" and change System Language or Aspect Ratio: when you exit config and re-enter or close Dolphin and restart it, the setting doesn't get saved and gets back to the previous one).
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?
5.0-993 is broken
5.0-750 is fine
I need some time to find the revision that caused the issue
What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)
Windows 10 - Intel e8600 - Geforce GTX950
Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)
I'm talking about the Wii System Language (Options/Configure.../Wii), not the Dolphin one (Options/Configure.../Interface) that is still working fine

Revision responsible for this issue is 5.0-910 PR 4195 https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/4195
5.0-901 works well
