What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

When launching something from the Wii Menu, you get a bunch of read/write errors.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Launch something from the Wii Menu.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

This problem started happening in 5.0-540.

Between versions 5.0-522 and 5.0-532 I got a CoreTiming error instead.

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

macOS Sierra Version 10.12.1

I was running into this issue and it has since been fixed. You may need to delete your sysconf file or redump the NAND from your Wii for full functionality.
