What steps will reproduce the problem?

Copy a rom into a folder that Dolphin accesses as a path, and try to refresh the list of games within Dolphin while the rom is copying.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?
