What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

After starting the game, text is missing on the "Warning - health and safety" screen.
This happens with all languages and only with Vulkan.
OGL/DX11/DX12 tested and looks fine.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?
