Game Name?
Every Wii Virtual Console game

Game ID? (right click the game in the game list, properties, info tab)
For example NAAE01 (Super Mario 64) but other VC games don't work anymore as well

MD5 Hash? (right click the game in the game list, properties, info tab, MD5 Hash: Compute)

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
Black screen when I launch a Wii VC game

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Launch the game (for example Super Mario 64) and wait forever (black screen)

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?
5.0-3627 works

5.0-3635 doesn't work

PR5372 https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/5372 broke Wii VC games
